Burnett Construction (Owner representation) hired TDS to provide design and construction services for Chesapeake Energy Douglas field office. This project was tasked with determining the best solution in order to satisfy the specifications, not listed in this proposal, to fulfill Chesapeake’s building requirements. TDS Construction managed all sub contractors in order to construct this project in a timely, efficient and safe manner.
